Jason has more than 25 years of building experience, and Canstruct Builders has been trading for 12 years. Behind that is deep experience in heritage renovation, architectural new builds, and the substantial residential work that sits in between. Based in Mullumbimby, with select projects across the broader Northern Rivers and ongoing Sydney work for existing clients.

The work
Canstruct’s focus is residential building, with most of the work on existing homes. The discipline of working carefully with what is already there carries through every project, from a kitchen renovation to a full new build.

A clear process, from first conversation to handover
Most clients have not built before. Canstruct’s process is built around making each stage clear, with the right document at the right point and a conversation that explains what it means.
The five stages: an initial conversation and site visit, a written scope of work and tender summary, contract and engagement, the build itself, and completion with proper handover. Each stage has its own work to do, and you will know what to expect at every point.
